Are you a Global Mobility expert ready to lead strategic mobility initiatives across a global business? We are seeking a forward-thinking Global Mobility Manager to join a high-performing HR function within one of our global clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a sustainable, digitally enabled mobility strategy that supports international talent movement and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Global Mobility function, ensuring alignment with global strategy and compliance.
- Drive process improvements and digital automation to enhance service delivery and scalability.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all mobility-related matters, advising HR, leadership and external providers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of international assignments, including immigration, tax compliance, relocation and repatriation.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefit teams to embed mobility best practices.
- Maintain and enhance tools such as dashboards and SharePoint support for HR teams.
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
- Serve as the UK immigration lead, maintaining sponsorship compliance and advising on policy changes.
- Coach and mentor the Global Mobility Specialist to build team capability.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing global mobility programmes in a complex, multinational environment.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across a variety of different functions and geographies.
- Strong understanding of international tax, immigration and compliance issues.
