SEN Teacher Secondary Benfleet £140 £250 per day Immediate Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking for your next challenge? We re working with a well-regarded secondary school in Benfleet that is seeking a confident and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. You will be working in a supportive environment with a strong SEN department and experienced leadership team.

The Role:

  • Full-time SEN Teacher Secondary setting

  • Immediate start, ongoing position

  • Deliver tailored lessons and support plans to meet individual needs

  • Work closely with SENCO, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEN

  • A patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching style

  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
