As a School Relationship Executive , you’ll be the bridge between our innovative brand and some of the UK’s most respected schools — acting as a trusted advisor, project manager, and brand ambassador.
This is more than just a job — it’s a launchpad. You’ll begin by managing smaller client accounts, building trust and credibility, and gradually take on larger portfolios. What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and Nurturing Relationships
- Serve as the first point of contact for your assigned schools — offering solutions, updates, and support with confidence and clarity.
- Regularly communicate company updates to manage expectations and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
- Anticipate and address potential issues early to ensure school partnerships remain positive and productive.
- Attend key meetings throughout the year:
- Annual review meetings (September–October)
- Measuring events with schools (May–July)
- Design meetings for new product development
- Additional care meetings for schools needing extra support
Organisation & Project Management
- Work closely with senior managers to execute critical projects, including:
- Planning and managing measuring events
- Organising review schedules and communications
- Preparing materials and samples for presentations
- Handling logistics for exhibitions and industry events
- Keeping internal teams aligned with client requirements and feedback
Supporting Sales & Strategy
- Assist in the preparation of persuasive sales presentations for potential clients.
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism at industry exhibitions and events.

- A confident communicator — both written and verbal — who enjoys connecting with people.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks.
