Your Opportunity:
As our Producer & QA Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our game development process, ensuring our teams stay on track, on budget, and delivering a polished player experience. You’ll play a critical role in guiding the production of our games while also maintaining high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll own everything from sprint planning to bug triage, serving as a central communication hub for the team, while also establishing processes that prevent issues before they arise.
You Will:
Production Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage game development projects from concept to release, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Track project milestones and manage risk, identifying potential bottlenecks and keeping the team on track.

Act as a central communication hub between technical designers, artists, engineers, and QA, ensuring a seamless production process.

Implement best practices for production, including task management, resource allocation, and efficient workflows.

Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, production timelines, and risk assessments.

Ensure quality standards are met by coordinating regular playtesting sessions and feedback loops.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain QA processes, including test plans, bug tracking, and reporting systems.

Conduct hands-on testing of in-development features, ensuring both technical stability and enjoyable gameplay.

Identify, log, and prioritise bugs, working closely with the development team to resolve critical issues.

Establish a comprehensive testing strategy, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
