This popular online luxury fashion retail platform is looking for a commercial lawyer with broad commercial contracts experience to support on a project.

Our client is a global fashion retailer and needs an interim Commercial lawyer (3PQE+) to join the team until the end of the year (3 – 4 months).

The role is broad and offers stimulating work, dealing with e-commerce support, IT / tech contracts (SaaS, outsourcing), data protection, and distribution and licensing agreements including advising on competition law related issues. Previous experience of working with these types of contracts is essential. This position has an immediate start date and can be 4 or 5 days per week (2 of which must be in their London office).
