The Opportunity
Join a leading retail brand during an exciting transformation period. This initial 6 month fixed term contract offers great flexibility with 3 days work from home a week and 2 days in their great Brighton offices. Turn HR data into strategic insights that drive real business impact in this HR Analyst role.
What You\’ll Do as the HR Analyst:
- Own HR KPI reporting, utilising Excel to analyse (headcount, turnover, absence)
- Partner with People Leaders to deliver actionable dashboards and insights
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Ensure data compliance while maximising analytical value
What You Need:
- Advanced Excel (minimum Pivot tables, vlookups, formulas)
- UK based work experience with full working rights
- Previous HR exposure or awareness to understand anomalies
- Strong communication skills – translate complex data into clear insights
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- The ability to work form the Brighton office 2 days per week
- Power BI experience desirable
