I’m working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a £100m education/commercial \’cut & curve\’ project in Central London.
Currently at Stage 2 PCSA , the project is scheduled to go on-site in Q4 2025 . You’ll play a pivotal role from pre-construction through delivery, leading the commercial function , managing a team, and reporting into the Commercial Manager / Commercial Director .
