An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned, design-led residential developer recognised for delivering architecturally distinctive, high-quality homes across London’s most desirable postcodes.
Founded in 2009, this developer set out to redefine the new-build experience — bringing together craftsmanship, innovation, and design excellence to deliver projects that stand out for their quality and detail. Today, they continue to set the benchmark for design-led living, combining architectural ambition with precision construction.
You’ll be joining a flagship RC frame residential project in Central London, currently at the demolition stage. The scheme features two buildings up to 10 storeys, including a basement, delivering around 100 luxury apartments and penthouses with a build value of circa £90 million.
This is a strategic role, acting as a No.2 to the Senior Commercial Manager, providing key commercial support across all project stages — from procurement and cost planning through to completion and final account.
💠 Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Commercial Manager in delivering the project’s commercial objectives.
- Manage procurement, tendering, subcontractor packages, and change control.
- Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
- Drive value engineering and contribute to overall commercial strategy.
- Work closely with design, technical, and site teams to align design ambition with cost efficiency.
- Produce regular commercial and financial performance reports.
🎓 Skills & Experience Required
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in residential or mixed-use construction, ideally RC frame projects.
- Proven ability to manage procurement, cost control, and subcontract administration.
