The Vacancy

Permanent, Monday to Friday 37 hours Term Time only

Working across 3 different sites, Immingham, Caistor and Scunthorpe

We are looking for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for students across our JLC sites.

You will provide a welcoming reception service, handle enquiries, and support students throughout their learner journey.

You will manage day-to-day administration, support the Head of Centre, assist with student payments and bursary applications, and help coordinate key events like Induction and Parents Evenings.

Your excellent customer service skills will help guide students to the support they need and keep communication clear across the college.
