Are you a Junior Buyer or similar with a background in the Chemical industry looking to join an award-winning UK company that provides excellent funded training and a clear pathway for senior opportunities?

In this varied role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers, negotiating pricing and payment terms, and coordinating with other departments. Your responsibilities will also involve managing stock levels and supply chains, tracking market trends, and completing all necessary documentation.

This exciting opportunity would suit a Junior Buyer or similar with Chemical experience looking to join a hardworking and dedicated team in a rapidly growing company which will enable you to reach your full potential.

The Role:

Obtain quotations from existing and new potential new suppliers

Initiate and manage tendering activities

Perform spend analysis and develop sourcing strategies

Actively seek and identify solutions and propose those to line manager

Analyse complex data and develop strategic plans

Manage and negotiate contracts
