Associate Director – Client Excellence at Eames Group

Eames are currently partnering with a global financial institution looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their payroll team, on a 12 month contract basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to lead a large-scale function and drive transformation in a business that services over 50,000 UK-based employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accurate payroll processing for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees, including calculation of taxes, deductions, and timely disbursement of pay.
  • Maintain and manage employee payroll records, addressing and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries, offering clear guidance on salary, overtime, bonus, and commission calculations.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including handling government correspondence and filing obligations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports, liaising with local tax authorities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in large-scale UK payroll, ideally in Financial Services
  • Experience managing high volumes of payroll queries
