E******Farms Limited is a well-established family run business based near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire and farms 6,000 acres of mainly combinable crops.

We have a permanent position available for a full time Farm Foreman whose primary roles will include

•Lead our arable work force in a fast-paced environment. As foreman you will help with work planning, oversee the team and mechanical operation of farm machinery, including combine and fertiliser spreader, and ensure that farm equipment is maintained to a high standard.

•Relief spraying (PA1 and PA2 required)

•Precision farming and operation of GPS technology

•Commitment to health & safety protocol

The ideal candidate should

•Be honest, enthusiastic, motivated and have total respect for machinery. Must be familiar and able to operate John Deere farming equipment.

•Able to use your initiative, work well on your own.

•Be a confident team leader and be able communicate instructions to the team in an effective manner. Willing and able to help with various tasks.

•Be confident with farm machinery, (Tractor & Trailer, Telehandler etc).

•Be flexible with working hours, particularly during our busy periods

•Have a full UK driving licence, a telehandler certificate and PA1 and PA2 certificate
