We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This is a high-impact role focused on driving insights into customer behaviour, lifetime value, churn, and retention, while also supporting campaign analytics across the business.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer teams to inform strategic decisions, influence growth initiatives, and help shape our customer-centric strategies using data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse Customer Behaviour to identify trends in lifetime value (CLV), churn risk, and retention drivers.
- Build and maintain predictive models for customer retention and churn using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Partner with marketing and CRM teams to deliver pre- and post-campaign analytics, including A/B test evaluations and ROI analysis.
- Develop and present actionable insights that influence business strategy and enhance the customer experience.
- Define and track key customer metrics and KPIs; create dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
- Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, structure, and availability meet analytical requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Senior Analyst role, ideally with a focus on customer lifecycle analytics.
- Strong knowledge of CLV modelling, churn prediction, retention analytics, and campaign performance analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets and customer data in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in subscription, e-commerce, telecoms, or consumer-focused industries.
