This position is in the Mixed-Signal IP (MSIP) custom layout group. Candidate will be responsible for daily layout tasks which include designing high quality robust layout views in the latest cutting-edge technologies. This candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting and excel in fast paced schedule driven environment.The preferred candidate will have 12+ years of experience in the following areas:• Layout experience• Cadence Virtuoso XL• Calibre verification tools (LVS, DRC, ERC, etc.)• Linux/Unix environmentLayout tasks include creation of layouts working in conjunction with circuit designers while using Cadence Virtuoso tool suite as well as verifying those designs using Calibre verification tools and Synchronicity (Design Sync) version control tools.You will be responsible for the delivery of both block level and top level layouts across a range of IP including, but not limited to, amplifiers, bandgaps, ADCs/DACs, high-speed RX/TX, VCOs, dividers and other analog building blocks and systems.What We Would Love To See• Bachelor\’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.• IC Layout experience working on deep sub-micron tech nodes• Cadence analog and digital custom routers such as VSR and Innovus.• System PDN experience including Physical Design P&R studies of on-die PG networks and IR drop analysis.• Calibre RealTime verification tools• Skill scripting experience is a huge plus• Excellent communication skills neededEducation• Bachelor\’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum Qualifications• 12+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.SkillsCadence Virtuoso Layout Suite, Hardware Design, Hardware Simulation, Linux, Mixed Signal
