We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Outbound Tele-researcher with excellent telephone manner to work within an expanding local office. Your role will be making outbound survey calls, contacting Students and Education establishments to gain information in the form of surveys. There are no sales in this role. The Role * Making outbound calls to gain information from students regarding education establishments and after college progress * Enthusiastically engaging the caller * Going through telephone surveys * Updating internal databases with relevant information * Using questioning techniques to glean information * Based in South Shields- Close to metro station or free parking available * Weekly competitions * Hours of work – 9.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday with a possibility of 9.00 a.am. – 3.00 p.m. on Fridays * There is no selling in this role The Person * Must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to engage the person on the other end of the line * Be enthusiastic to keep the caller engaged * Must have previous Customer services experience * Ideally have previous outbound calling experience * Must be I.T literate * Must be motivated to work both alone and as part of a team * Be able to work to targets…
