We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our existing experienced team.

What do we look for in a Business Analyst

We are powered by brilliant people. As a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:

  • Requirement gathering, ideation, and documentation of platforms and applications, including entity diagrams and relevant frameworks to ensure effective identification of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Promoting standard methodology and education to colleagues and clients.
  • Operating within and suggesting best practices/patterns applicable to the technology and domain.
  • Bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders to ensure capabilities are appropriately leveraged.
  • Providing platform and process expertise as guidance to client-side delivery stakeholders.
  • Liaising with stakeholders within and outside of project teams, including clients and other roles across the wider business, to achieve success.
  • Data analytics experience.
  • Providing coaching to junior team members.
