Job Description
- Coordinating interview schedules and logistics between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, often across multiple time zones and locations
- Providing a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Arranging travel, accommodation or virtual meeting setups for candidates when necessary
- Identifying problems in the recruitment process and suggesting improvements
- Implementing tools or automation to streamline scheduling, tracking and communication
- Analysing trends and sharing insights to improve recruitment strategies
- Working on strategic recruitment projects
RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Communicating with clarity and professionalism, supported by excellent interpersonal skills
- Showing attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
