Job Description

RECRUITMENT COORDINATORAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and detail-driven Recruitment Coordinator to join a fast-scaling global fintech business. This innovative company operates across 10+ countries and provides cutting-edge financial solutions to high-growth consumer brands.You’ll play a key role in supporting a high-performing Talent team across the full recruitment lifecycle – from scheduling interviews and managing ATS workflows to candidate communications and onboarding logistics. This business is all about candidate duty and care, so strong communication skills are a must.RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Coordinating interview schedules and logistics between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, often across multiple time zones and locations
  • Providing a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Arranging travel, accommodation or virtual meeting setups for candidates when necessary
  • Identifying problems in the recruitment process and suggesting improvements
  • Implementing tools or automation to streamline scheduling, tracking and communication
  • Analysing trends and sharing insights to improve recruitment strategies
  • Working on strategic recruitment projects

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

  • Demonstrating strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Communicating with clarity and professionalism, supported by excellent interpersonal skills
  • Showing attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
  • Bringing 1–2 years’ experience as a recruitment coordinator within a fast-growth environment
  • Managing high-volume interview scheduling within a small team as the sole talent acquisition coordinator among 4 recruiters
