Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis Monday to Friday, based in the Midlands (Hybrid 2-3 days per week on site depending on business needs and travel to head office when required).

Here’s what you’ll get up to:
You will be responsible for implementing processes and systems for the site finance team, to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the site ethos and strategy
Building strong partnerships and maintaining relationships with all Operational Managers, General Managers, Customer Senior Managers and their teams
Produce both financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer. This will include P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accruals and prepayments are justified and are in line with the accounting standards
You’ll be involved in the preparation of forecast and budgets, ad hoc variance analysis and integrity of Invoicing and P&L entries
Partnering with the central finance team, you will help monitor debt relating to the site whilst actioning plans to deal with it
What you need to succeed at XPO:
You must be ACCA or CIMA qualified or working toward (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally in a similar environment that includes open/closed book contracts.
