About the role
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and successful New Car Sales Manager within one of their stunning dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of Sales Executives to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and guide customers through all stages of the finance process.
- Generate rapport and build long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the New Car Sales department, including stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display, internet advertising, second facing customer and deal generation.
- Drive the team forward and achieve maximum results from every opportunity.
Qualifications
- Clean driving licence essential.
- Previous sales management experience in a main dealership environment.
- Proven experience at this level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
