About the role

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and successful New Car Sales Manager within one of their stunning dealerships.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a team of Sales Executives to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and guide customers through all stages of the finance process.
  • Generate rapport and build long‑lasting relationships with customers.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the New Car Sales department, including stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display, internet advertising, second facing customer and deal generation.
  • Drive the team forward and achieve maximum results from every opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Clean driving licence essential.
  • Previous sales management experience in a main dealership environment.
  • Proven experience at this level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary

  • £35k Basic
  • £55k OTE Uncapped
