- Avaliar solicitações de desligamento, preparar documentação, coordenar exames médicos e garantir o pagamento e homologação das verbas rescisórias dentro do prazo legal.
- Gerenciar o processo de férias, desde a aprovação até o cálculo, envio de documentos, controle de prazos e pagamentos.
- Conferir e acompanhar afastamentos com base em atestados médicos, prestando orientações aos colaboradores e comunicando as áreas responsáveis.
- Validar documentação da folha de pagamento, encargos e impostos de terceiros e temporários.
- Atender solicitações jurídicas e participar de auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a integridade das informações e implementação de melhorias.
- Apoiar a integração de novos colaboradores, controle de ponto e demandas administrativas locais.
- Acompanhar melhorias operacionais como transporte, refeitório e infraestrutura.
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, assegurando a conformidade com normas legais, políticas internas, práticas sustentáveis e padrões de qualidade.
O que esperamos de você:
- Curso superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência na área de folha de pagamento e benefícios (mínimo 5 anos).
- Experiência legislação trabalhista, e-social, contabilização.
- Desejável conhecimento sistema ADP.
- Desejável idioma inglês.
- Experiência em indústria será um forte diferencial.
