Job Details
Position: Medical Communications within our integrated commercial services. Responsible for building credibility and relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients through call center staffing, adverse event identification, and medical writing.
This is a full-time, home-based role, ideally located in Poland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, the UK. The candidate must be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK. Candidates should be prepared to work US business hours (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM CET, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities
- Translate English documents into the target language and respond via phone or written correspondence.
- Respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Write narratives for adverse events and product complaints.
- Coordinate responses to quality-related complaints, collaborating with QA, Regulatory, and other departments.
- Evaluate medical literature to develop information for dissemination to healthcare professionals.
