The IT Service department provides support, care & maintenance to the global business, ensuring the technology runs smoothly, securely & efficiently to enable the organisation to perform to it’s high standard.
Within this team, you\’ll have the opportunity to become a Zendesk expert, standardising and growing its use as it is rolled out globally for key functions and languages. You\’ll be improving customer support processes and therefore creating business value is helping provide a fantastic experience for our customers.

The role
Working in a small, dedicated team, you\’ll be utilising your technical expertise to deliver solutions to business problems through configuration changes, enhancements, building automations & efficiency, workflows, code changes and custom-built applications and integrations. Working closely with the Platform Owner, internal stakeholders,& 3rd party vendors to understand the capability of the tool and get the most out of it.
What will you’ll bring to the role
Hands on experience in administrating, configuring, customising, enhancing, developing, ticketing systems or CRM tools (for ex. Zendesk / Service Now / Fresh Desk / Top Desk etc.)
Technical competence in API integrations
Scripting or coding exposure in Python (or similar programming languages) is beneficial
Exposure to Platform as a service (PAAS) or IT Service Management would be highly beneficial
