The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Visual Merchandiser to lead and implement the visual strategy across Diamonds Factory stores. This is a key role responsible for elevating the brand’s presence through innovative displays, in-store design, and consistent execution across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand identity
- Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for all locations
- Design engaging in-store layouts and product displays that enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to support campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Train and support store teams on visual merchandising best practices
- Conduct regular store visits across the UK and Ireland to assess and enhance visual standards
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and evolve strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager or in a similar role within luxury or jewellery retail
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and trends
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across the UK, and potentially internationally
