Job Description – CQC Supported Living Worker (26112)
Earn ÂŁ12.60 per hour (ÂŁ24,638 per annum, pro rata) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

What you’ll do
- Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home
- Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans
- Assist with appointments, hobbies, college or work
- Provide personal care and medication support where needed
- Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress

You have
- Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards
- Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
- Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
- Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient
- Willingness to meet the needs of our customers by adapting start or finish times on occasion, including working day shifts, evening shifts, sleep‑ins and weekends on a two‑week rota.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS check (we pay for this).
