Are you a hands-on, detail-driven Events Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments but values a healthy, purpose-led approach to work?
We re partnering with a growing, boutique-style international events agency that delivers high-impact, flawlessly executed financial events across Europe and North America. They\’re now looking for a bilingual (French-English) Events Manager to join their remote-first team and take the lead on major conferences across cities like London, Paris, New York, and Toronto.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that s ambitious yet grounded, where you ll have autonomy, ownership, and the chance to grow alongside the business.
What You ll Be Doing:
- End-to-end planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
- Budget ownership: from creation and approvals to reconciliation and reporting
- Client and stakeholder communication, timeline and milestone tracking
- On-site management including run-of-show preparation and live execution
- Supplier and vendor coordination (venues, AV, production, gifting, etc.)
- Working closely with tech, design, marketing, legal, and operations teams
- Supporting internal systems, documentation, and process improvement
- Occasionally mentoring or onboarding new team members
? What You Bring:
- Native-level French and strong English (both written and verbal)
- 3 5 years of end-to-end event/project management experience, preferably within an events agency.
- Confidence managing senior clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience running international events (UK, Europe, North America)
- Strong tech skills (Microsoft Office; Cvent or similar platforms a plus)
- Calm, organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Willingness to travel for site visits and event delivery
