About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our clients growing team. You’ll work on a range of ServiceNow projects for our clients, delivering configuration, implementation, and enhancement services across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and provide solution designs.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM, with exposure to other areas like CSM, HRSD, or ITOM a plus).
  • Support integration activities and data migrations.
  • Produce clear documentation, reports, and training materials as required.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience working with ServiceNow, either in a consulting, professional services, or internal project environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow projects or supporting consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
