About the Opportunity
Our client is a specialist sustainability consultancy providing expert advice and environmental assessment services to projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced BREEAM Consultant to deliver a range of assessments and support wider sustainability initiatives within the business.
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to sites and meetings in London and the South East. It’s a great opportunity for a driven, self-motivated professional who enjoys flexibility, client interaction, and delivering meaningful sustainability outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver BREEAM assessments
- Provide practical sustainability advice to clients, design teams, and contractors
- Produce BREEAM reports, evidence submissions, and certification documentation
- Contribute to sustainability planning reports and statements for development projects
- Maintain awareness of regulatory updates, BREEAM scheme changes, and industry best practice
- Attend occasional site visits and client meetings in London and surrounding areas
Candidate Profile
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor (New Construction essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ practical experience delivering BREEAM assessments
- Strong understanding of sustainable building design and UK environmental regulations
- Excellent communication, report writing, and project coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
- London-based or within reasonable distance for occasional site visits
