Information Technology Support Specialist

Currently representing a financial services client who are after a Junior-level IT Support Engineer to join their team on site in Belfast.

*YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT IN OR AROUND THE BELFAST AREA*

In this role you will provide support to end users with any hardware/software/network related issues.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Applications including Azure AD / Windows 10 – 11 / O365
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and Internetworking Technology
• Exposure to financial services environments including working with Market Data systems including Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE
• Ability to assist with 1st and 2nd line queries
