We are currently looking forFull-Time Complex Care Support Workers to support adult service users with personality disorders and high levels of challenging behaviour in the Cambridge area. This is a 2:1 24/7 package, which includes day and night shifts, and requires individuals who are resilient, experienced, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
Due to the nature of the role and the behaviours presented, this position is ideal for individuals with a background in mental health and those with experience supporting ex-offenders.
The applicant must have the following qualifications and experience:

Minimum 6 months recent experience in a healthcare or support role within the UK

Experience working in complex care, mental health, challenging behaviours.

Strong experience managing physical and verbal aggression, and implementing de-escalation techniques

Must hold PMVA

Experience supporting individuals with personality disorders, challenging behaviour, and emotional dysregulation

Confident in administering medication, following care plans, and monitoring wellbeing

A valid UK driving licence is required

Must have the right to work in the UK we do not offer sponsorship
