The Opportunity
The corporate team in London advise on the full range of mid market M&A, private equity and transactional work. The work is often International and their client base includes large international corporates, family offices, fast-growth companies and individuals. The work is varied and the team has ambitions to grow.
The hire is due to growth within the team and this opportunity can offer a Senior Corporate associate top quality mid market corporate work in a supportive and collegiate environment. The corporate team have a client focused approach and all members of the team have a hands on role with nurturing and developing clients. They are keen to see corporate associates who have experience working closely with clients and who are proactive with business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Applicants must have at least six years corporate experience in a well regarded Law firm
- Experience working on a broad range of Corporate m&a, private equity and transactional work
- Passionate about corporate law and client development
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
