Booking in initial appointments and conducting viewings around the development
Travelling to all the developments in the area
Conducting viewings
Following up calls with customers after enquiries or viewings
Closing sales
Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date

The ideal candidate with demonstrate stability on their employment profile, you will also be able to deliver excellent customer service on the phone & face to face.
