We are pleased to be recruiting for either an Associate or Senior Project Manager for a leading real estate client.
The position is to join their Project Management (Retail & Hospitality) team and this hire is in direct response to successfully securing the mandate to roll out a national programme of Restaurants for a US company new to the UK market.
Requirements are:
- Ambitious and self-driven with an ability to be entrepreneurial. You will be required to pitch/fee generate but will be given support and training.
- Sector experience – ideally Food & Beverage restaurant experience
- Understanding of the Food & Beverage restaurant sector, Contractors, and Consultants
- Sound understanding and knowledge of mainstream construction contracts
- Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office. There is a preference that the candidate is London based but they will consider other regional locations.
- There is a preference for MRICS but this is not essential.
Salary level – £55 – £75k plus bonus.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of projects
- Develop project management plans including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

- 5+ years of experience in project management gained within a consultancy type business
