We are working with a international law firm that is looking to add an associate to their growing corporate & finance team in Cayman .
Work:
As the team handles a mix of corporate and finance matters, the work will include a wide range of multijurisdictional transactions including:
- Public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, corporate governance and corporate reorganisations.
- General finance work including acquisition finance, financial restructurings, structured finance and fund financing.
Requirements:
- You must be a lawyer qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada.
- 3 – 6 years of post-qualification experience working on Corporate or Finance transactions at an international law firm or top local firm.
