About The Role
Wren Kitchens is seeking a highly experienced Chef to join our culinary team across two distinct restaurants and a dynamic live bar cooking area. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional catering experiences to all Wren Employees. B ased at our state-of-the art Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The position is Monday to Friday, 05:00 – 13:30. The salary for the position is £29,500 plus Quarterly Bonus up to £250.
About The Role
Wren Kitchens is seeking a highly experienced Chef to join our culinary team across two distinct restaurants and a dynamic live bar cooking area. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional catering experiences to all Wren Employees. B ased at our state-of-the art Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The position is Monday to Friday, 05:00 – 13:30. The salary for the position is £29,500 plus Quarterly Bonus up to £250.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving and handling of food in the canteen
- Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available to use
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and maintaining the safety standards
- Foster a positive and professional environment, working seamlessly with co-workers and customers
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep the workstation tidy, including clearing down at the end of the shift, washing up and good observation of cleanliness
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Catering to a large volume at a high standard
- Experience cooking with fresh produce is essential
- Good cooking and communication skills
- Strong interest and knowledge of food
- Customer service experience
- Ability to cover other members of staff due to holidays, sickness etc.
