Job Description
As a result, we are seeking nurturing Tutors with a patient, flexible approach and a passion for working closely with students to overcome barriers to learning. \\nSessions will take place face to face either in a community setting or at the young persons home. \\n\\nYour role with us: \\n· Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths and English \\n· Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps.
\\n· Monitor student progress \\n· Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to help students re-build their confidence in learning. \\n· Complete daily attendance and weekly reports. \\n· Access to our Resource Hub, which includes learning materials \\n· Access to CPD accredited courses and training \\n \\nTo be eligible for the Core Subjects Tutor role, you need: \\n· Previous experience working with young people with SEND such as young people with ADHD, SEMH and students who have been permanently excluded – this role is great for those with previous experience within a PRU.
