Job Description
Are you looking for a meaningful way to connect with your community? We have an exciting opportunity for new Care Professionals to join our Portsmouth Team.
With no two visits being the same, daily tasks can include:
- Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress.
- Meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompanying your client to appointments.
- Providing companionship.

Qualifications:
- We are looking for people to work from 5 – 10 pm and throughout the weekends.
- You will ideally drive with your own car, but access to reliable transport is necessary.
- Our Care Professionals work across all postcodes within PO1 to PO6 in Portsmouth.
- Applicants should be over 18 years old.
- We encourage applications from all community sections to reflect our neighborhood diversity.
- The role is subject to DBS checks and references.
- This is a UK-based role; the right to work in the UK must be established. We currently do not sponsor visas.
