Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager (Office Based 3-4 days / home based 1 – 2 days – Hybrid)

Package: Basic £35,000 – £45,000

Commutable From: Office is North Manchester and you will need a vehicle to get there. Ideal candidate location would be North of Manchester City Centre, Bury, Bolton, Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Rochdale, Wigan, Preston

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and manage webinars, trade shows, and other events to promote products and services.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of IT solutions
