Associate Solicitor – Court of Protection – Up to £65,000 salary – Manchester

This leading law firm based in Manchester, offers specialist legal advice to Court of Protection clients requiring everyday support managing high value estates.

Due to expansion of the firm’s award-winning Private Client team, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and technically strong Associate Solicitor / Legal Executive. For the successful candidate this role offers excellent career progression within the firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-value Property and Affairs Court of Protection matters as well as supervising junior members of the team.

The Candidate

  • Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 years of post-qualification experience in Court of Protection or Private Client
  • Experience in Property & Affairs applications to the Court of Protection
  • Strong client care, commercial awareness, and presentation skills
  • Confident managing deadlines and delivering work profitably
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Professional, ethical, and a collaborative team player
  • Experience supervising or mentoring legal professionals would be desirable
