Job Description
- Full time permanent position, 48 hours per week
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, approximately annually)
- Responsible for preparation and service in a specific section, supporting the team and colleagues
- Ensuring high-quality food preparation
- Natural talent as a chef with excellent attention to detail
- Assist with menu development
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
Qualifications
- Talented Chef with professionalism, passion, and flair
- Experience in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal, or at least 5 years in 2 AA Rosette setting or above
