A luxury beauty brand is looking for a Midweight Designer to be based in London.
The Role
As a key player in the in-house creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Designer and Head of Design to deliver stunning, commercially focused visual content across campaigns, digital platforms, and print. This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive designer with experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle, who thrives in a brand-led, creative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating visually impactful design assets for digital (social, email, web, paid media) and print (packaging, POS, in-store).
- Translating briefs into on-brand, engaging visuals across two distinct brand identities.
- Maintaining consistent creative standards across formats while adapting core concepts as needed.
- Applying brand guidelines effectively across all touchpoints.
- Supporting brand collateral development, including templates, toolkits and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborating with social, digital and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Contributing to design discussions and reviews with fresh ideas and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Managing multiple tasks and deadlines with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Staying up to date with design trends, digital tools and exploring new creative formats (motion, video).

You’re an experienced and ambitious designer with a sharp eye for detail, a love of beauty aesthetics, and a drive to produce work that’s as stylish as it is strategic. You bring:
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in graphic and digital design
- Strong understanding of print production and packaging design
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential)
- Knowledge of digital design formats (email, paid media, product pages)
- A love of typography, visual storytelling, and innovative design
- Beauty, luxury or fashion industry experience (a bonus if you’ve worked across both premium and mass-market brands)
