Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing accounts with suppliers for tenancy start and end dates, ensuring accurate meter readings.
  • Handling inbound calls and monitoring emails from suppliers.
  • Processing incoming post and ensuring bills are paid and correctly allocated.
  • Auditing utility packages for accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing tickets through to resolution and updating relevant records.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and updating spreadsheets and packages.
  • Completing tasks within team SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with Customer Support to address customer queries.
  • Producing daily productivity reports.
  • Contributing to process improvements within the team.
  • Engaging with suppliers to enhance relations and communication.
  • Working within the Broadband team at our Scotswood Road warehouse.
