We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Stores Assistant to join our Retail team at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. The retail stores handle incoming and outgoing deliveries in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and organized, with a focus on logistics and planning. You will deliver excellent service, as expected from a national museum.
Attention to detail is crucial for receiving and checking deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and working with the shop team to highlight low stock lines.
Teamwork is essential to achieve fast turnaround times on the shop floor and meet sales targets. You will ensure the store room and shop are well-stocked and maintained at high standards.
During busy seasons, you will assist with online shop pick and pack processes alongside the E-Commerce Assistant to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
