We are a lifestyle brand passionate about connecting contemporary designs with a network of craftspeople to create unique collections to cherish.

We are opening a new Monsoon store in Livingston Designer Outlet and are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, passionate about our products, and committed to creating an exceptional customer experience. We value enthusiasm, integrity, and a drive for success.
What we are looking for:
- Confidence to lead by example and inspire your team
- Experience in a supervisory or key holder role with a proven track record in customer service excellence

Your responsibilities include:
- Being a brand ambassador, supporting store performance and team in delivering excellent customer service
- Driving profit by exceeding KPIs
- Motivating and supporting team members to achieve excellence
- Maximizing sales opportunities and implementing visual merchandising standards
- Promoting and delivering piercing services to customers
- Supporting other stores and team members as needed
- Fostering an inclusive environment that promotes equality
