About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at WED2B, you will be a pivotal force behind the success of your store. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just passionate about customer service but has the strategic leadership skills to motivate a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional results.
You’ll lead from the front — setting the standard for excellence on the shop floor, supporting and developing your team members, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Maintaining operational standards and ensuring a seamless, exceptional customer experience
Managing performance through effective communication, regular feedback, and hands-on leadership
Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick resolutions to customer and operational issues
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance team effectiveness and store performance
About You
You have strong leadership experience, ideally within a luxury retail setting
You are target-driven and passionate about achieving commercial success through teamwork
You thrive under pressure and bring a calm, organised approach to problem-solving and decision-making
You naturally build trust with your team and create a positive, high-energy work environment
You are adaptable, self-motivated, and always seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally
Experience in bridal or formalwear retail is a plus, but a passion for creating magical customer experiences is essential
