About the Role:
You will play a key role in providing expert advice to customers, helping them select the perfect flooring, and supporting them through the entire process — from quote to installation. You’ll also assist with day-to-day store operations, including:
Preparing and managing quotes
Taking payments
Answering phone and email enquiries
Maintaining displays and showroom standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven retail or sales experience (flooring background preferred)
A professional, friendly approach to customer service
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence with numbers and basic administration tasks
A proactive, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Details:
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Saturday overtime optional)
Salary: £12.21 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Experience: 5 years in sales (required), 3 years in flooring sales (preferred)
