  • Pay rate: £13.00-£19.50 per hour plus paid mileage at 35p per mile.
  • No experience needed. Full training induction is provided with ongoing support.
  • Hours available between 7am-10pm. Choose between part-time or full-time hours. Availability every other weekend is required. Weekend-only work is also available.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Bluebird Care Care Assistant

We’ll ensure you have all the right training and development because we care for our Care Assistants. We help with tasks ranging from everyday activities around our customers’ homes to complex care needs. This can include:

  • Providing personal care duties
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
