Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Trainer Assessor with relevant up to date industry experience and qualifications to work with Business Administration and Customer Service Apprentices. Expertise also in Team Leading would be an advantage but not essential for this post.
We require a Trainer Assessor who can make an immediate contribution to the team, as well as deliver a high level of service and support to our apprentices and employers. To be successful for this role you will have a relevant vocational qualifications and industry experience within these subjects of expertise.

You will provide training sessions both in college and in the workplace to individuals or groups of learners and organise regular visits to assess apprentice progress in readiness for End Point Assessment. You will also carry out progress reviews in the workplace and on teams and use our E-Portfolio Smart Assessor. You will support with employer engagement and training progress in the workplace monitoring completion of set tasks to ensure appropriate progress is made in a timely manner.
An IQA Qualification and experience would be an advantage but not essential.
This role is for 15 hours per week and additional sessional hours may be available subject to apprenticeship starts.
