A growing business is looking for an experienced, dynamic Senior Care Service Manager to direct the strategic requirement, operational standard and continuous improvement of their services to clients, the unpaid carers, across Surrey. You will provide expert leadership around Safeguarding Concerns and be a role model for other members of the operations management team. The applicant must join with proven leadership experience and thorough understanding of CQC regulatory requirements. As Senior Care Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Monitoring service provision – ensuring gaps and under contract hours are resolved and resources are being maximised with regards to impact on overall delivery of hours. Co-producing and implementing strategic plans for the delivery of services for unpaid carers in alignment with the business plan. Leading and motivating a team of professionals providing guidance, coaching and support. Attending team meetings and present when required. Taking part in a second tier Out of Hours roster, working collaboratively with the other Senior Service Managers to ensure adequate cover is in place.
