Position: Server
As a Server, you will perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the service area, facilities, and equipment. Join an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility.
Required Experience:
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and foster a teamwork environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve meals professionally, demonstrating concern to please residents and guests.
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
- Ensure high-quality, timely food service to residents and guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior, and good personal hygiene.
- Wait on tables and assist staff as needed.
- Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Adhere to all Dining Services Standards of service.
Working Conditions:
This role involves standing for long periods, effective communication, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. The environment is moderate noise, with occasional travel required. Fluency in English is necessary.
