About the Role:
The role will cover all aspects of electrical building services. The successful candidate will be responsible for installs, electrical inspection, maintenance, and repairs work across the Nottingham Forest football club estate, including The City Ground and the Training Ground. The role also encompasses the installation of network cabling from time to time. Reporting to the Head ofFacilities, the successful candidate will undertake all PPMs and reactive tasks as required, minimising down times by the effective management of personal time and supporting contracts. The successful candidate will join a small multi-skilled on-site maintenance team

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Survey buildings and repair electrical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
- Inspect alarm systems (e.g., fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. hanging doors) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
- Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed
- Undertaking all electrical PPMs
- Recording the results of the PPMs onto the CMMS system
- Rectifying electrical defects because of the PPMs
- Booking-in, liaising and managing of sub-contractors
- The raising of PO’s to cover works undertaken by sub-contractors
- Reactive electrical defect works
- Installation of new electrical circuits
- Ensuring that all electrical works are compliant
- Installation and termination of network cabling
- Installation and termination of Coax
- Accurate recording of preventative maintenance tasks and results
- Maintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
What are we looking for:
- 18th edition qualified
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an electrician in both domestic and commercial environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach.
- Full UK driving licence (required).
